APK_Downloader_1.3.2.crx 在 Chrome 安装时，Chrome 不让这个插件进行安装。
出现提示：Extensions, apps, and user scripts cannot be installed from this web site
需要在 Chrome 的启动文件中添加下面的参数：--enable-easy-off-store-extension-install这样可以让 Chrome 忽略来源不明的插件而进行安装。
APK Downloader 在 Chrome 成功安装后将会看到下面的界面。
APK_Downloader_1.3.2.crx 插件请在附件中下载。
